At this time, we accept exchanges only, within ten days of the arrival of your package, only if the item is in unaltered, unworn, and undamaged in condition. Merchandise may be exchanged for an item of your choice, or in-store credit. All sales are final after 10 days. Please contact us with any further questions.
Instructions for Insured Shipping on Online Exchanges
Please contact us at 206.381.3949 or firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for insured shipping on your returned item, upon which we will provide a corporate shipping number to you. Please use original inner box, and package the jewelry securely using bubble wrap or packing cushioning so it will not be damaged in transit. Use an appropriately sized U.S. Postal Service Priority Express box to ship, and secure outer edges with packing tape. When dropping off your return at the U.S. Postal Service Office, please be sure to obtain a receipt for tracking purposes. Upon our receipt of the package, the jewelry condition will be checked, and we will either record a store credit, or ship your choice of exchange item, less any sizing fees if applicable on your new item. Please contact us if you have any questions about proceeding with your exchange.
Client Issue Resolution
We will work to resolve any disputes within 5-7 business days. If a problem arises with an order, or any other transaction, users may contact us via phone, email or mail and we will respond within 5 business days. Disputes that cannot be settled directly between us, whether mediated or arbitrated by mutual agreement or argued in a court of law, shall be conducted in Seattle, State of Washington.
Domestic Shipping within the United States only.
We ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Express mail, fully insured and require a signature upon arrival. We charge a flat rate of $25.00 USD per package. Orders typically take between three to five business days to arrive. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, and please don’t hesitate to call or ask us if you have any questions or special requests, including Saturday delivery or overnight shipping. We will always contact you directly prior to shipping to confirm you will be present to receive and sign for your package. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information on your package. Package will arrive in standard USPS Priority Express Envelope or Box, depending on size. Please contact us when you receive your package to ensure your full satisfaction with your purchase.
